Claire Le Tollec is a Legal Consultant in the Governmental Practice in the firm’s Brussels office.
Claire also has a background in competition law. She holds a master’s degree in French and EU Competition Law and gained valuable experience from the European Commission as a trainee at the Directorate General for Competition in 2023-2024.
Areas of Practice
Claire’s practice focuses on international trade issues relating to export controls and sanctions. She participates in compliance counseling and investigations in the areas of export controls, economic sanctions under the U.S. and EU regimes.
Her practice also includes EU and French competition law as well as EU regulatory matters.
